KUBI Description:

KUBI is Shareware program for Windows developed by ITM Metelko, k.d.

KUBI is a new children's software for Windows and Macintosh. It includes 5 inventive activities that encourage kids to explore their creative sides and to defy their spatial skills.

With the head activity of Kubi, the descendant is equipped with a palette of colorful paint that can be placed on an on-screen scantling. With this scantling as his canvas, the little artist can produce pictures, patterns, words and anything a descendant can picture.

2 of the activities are puzzles. One of these puzzles simulates a "glissade confound" whereby the descendant must glissade slices together to order a uncut portrait. The 2nd confound is made up of layers and the defy is to site the layers in the correct disposition to erect a portrait.

Remaining, are 2 games that involve matching an earliest portrait, which is on the left of the screen, with a copied portrait on the right of the screen that the descendant is required to facsimile by "painting" the blank canvas to strictly match the earliest.
