PCL is software meant for telephone roar logging and recording. PCL can work with any modem supporting CallerID. PCL automatically and secretly records all the information regarding a phone roar including voice to the hard impel. Voice records can be stored as benchmark WAV sound files. Each record is accomplished with roar direction (incoming / former), stretch / year, phone number and roar duration. PCL can work in involuntary mode when every roar is recorded as wealthy as in instructions mode when user clicks a button every stretch to initiate recording.
