VIDEOREG is Demo program for Windows developed by SARBASH Lab.

This product allows saving images from webcam or other video capture device starting on change detection or constantly with delineated stretch period (ranging from 1 to 30 seconds).

It is imaginable to redeem the defined amount of shots after change has been detected. The built-in viewer allows viewing cam shots in instructions mode and conduct searching in skim show mode (pseudo-video) with delineated quickness of cam shot exchange.
